Flats in San Luis Obispo Wine Country

'This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...

'Only issue was a slight delay in reviewing and approving my request for staying an additional day. I had almost had removed all of my times and loaded into my truck before I received the approval. They were very nice and apologetic for the delay, and noted it was a system issue. Otherwise, everything was great.'

'This condo is very nice, clean and quiet. The bed to very comfortable. It’s nice to have a full size refrigerator and both types of coffee pots. It is close to the Oceano beach. I walked there to see the sunset. The Mexican Restaurant as you turn on to the Main Street is excellent. I would stay at this condo again. It is also close to Pismo Beach.'

'Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay. The area was very private and our location was right above the hot tub which was so convenient and it was pretty secluded because there was like trees that blocked the view which was nice and we were able to see our vehicle...
