Stayed before and enjoyed my stay. Mostly quiet and close to the Embarcadero. I was in what seems like a more recently renovated room which was nice. No maid service here on the regular though, if you want or need more towels and things you're going to have to go ask for them. They close lobby at 10pm so if other guests are loud or you have any issues with your room it will be hard getting assistance. After I checked out this time I got a call asking for their floor mat back. I never had one in my room and I thought that was strange. All in all for the price during the week it's still a decent place to be. During the weekend though with the peak pricing & what is offered I think you would get better value elsewhere.
