If you are looking for a relaxing get-away or a spa like retreat, yet still being close to the bustle of the beach, this is it! Our spot creates relaxed romance from dawn to dusk where entertaining is easy, comfort reigns supreme and natural beauty is the essence of style. Our location in Arroyo Grande puts you within 2 minutes of the Cypress Ridge Golf Course, 5 minutes to wineries and the historic Village of Arroyo Grande, and 7-10 minutes to Pismo and Avila Beaches. The Central Coast rivals the Napa Valley featuring more than 200 wineries and vineyards in the region. On almost any given weekend one can find activities such as wine tastings and festivals, biking events, and faires of all types.

This spacious farmhouse is ideal for a summer holiday, a family retreat, traveling nurses, and for those wine enthusiasts, nature lovers, bicyclists and golfers.

We are a working boutique farm with an organic garden, a flock of chickens known as 'The Zen Hen Hut' birds, two bunnies, goats, two miniature horses, four ducks, and two mini pigs. This charming family owned home, is a single level farmhouse duplex that has 2 master bedrooms, 2 baths, an open galley kitchen with a large bar area and additional dining area, 2 living rooms! The farmhouse is situated on 5 acres with generous room to relax and enjoy!

The two master suites feature king beds in both with chenille blankets and oh so comfy pillows. It also has a cozy sitting area for reading. The attached bathroom includes a tub/shower in one and the other has a bath with a separate shower!

The first living area has a cozy couch with flatscreen TV. And the second living area has additional seating for lounging.

The galley kitchen with a large breakfast bar is open to the dining area and first living room. Relax and conversate in the living area that offers a flat screen TV. The home also includes a second living room with more open space and a bar cart.

Your stay includes fresh eggs from our small flock of chickens on the property, lovingly known as 'The Zen Hen Hut' , as well as berries and other goodies from the onsite pesticide-free garden. As our guests, you are pampered and treated with the utmost care to ensure your comfort and enjoyment
