'Erg vriendelijke mevrouw aan de recrptie. De kamer bleek een klein appartementje te zijn. Heel ruim, met 2 grote tv schermen, 1 in de huiskamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Er was een keukentje met alles erop en eraan, ook een kleine eettafel om aan te zitten. De slaapkamer was ook heel ruim. En alles was brandschoon. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven '

'Two story unit was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Location for walking into town was excellent, good parking opportunities. Owners very responsive. Only issue was loud noise coming from hot tub on rooftop deck but was easily remedied by turning the unit off after communication with owner. Did not use rooftop deck. Was disappointed there was no view. Overall highly recommend you cannot go wrong if Avila Beach is your chosen destination. '

'What a great place to stay. The home was so comfortable and stocked with everything you might need! Decorated very nice and so clean! Easy to get to anywhere in the area! Neighborhood was very safe and quiet as well! The host Summer was so easy to work with and made herself easy to stay in contact with if needed. Will stay there again! '

'This is the most excellent location EVER! Literally walk through the complex and open a gate to the sand. Beautiful ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. It’s in the heart of downtown Pismo next to the Cinnamon Roll shop and Splash Cafe. Comes with a garage so you never have to look for parking. Check in and communication was prompt and clear. The place was spacious and clean. It did show some wear from lots of use…broken door handle, screen door off track, dings on some walls....

'I absolutely loved staying here. It has a nice view of the ocean, its a quick walk down to the beach and a short walk to restaurants. Its larger than I expected and has a very comfy bed. The only thing I would change is that I wish I could stay here longer. I would definitely come again.'
