BalayByTheSea is a hidden as a gem in small fishing village of Lapog Bay
in San Juan, Ilocos Sur. It is built in a 3,000sqm beachfront area surrounded by lush trees and greeneries.
This 3-floor villa creates a respectful feel towards the Ilocano aesthetic and heritage
with the use of local materials such as cogon roof, narra wood and capiz windows while the
interiors are made from bespoke rattan and bamboo furniture that completes this spacious and serene space.

The space
BalayByTheSea sits on a 3,500sqm beachfront property surrounded by lush trees and tropical plants. The 3-floor villa and the other bungalow villa were inspired by the Vigan aesthetic and heritage using local materials such as cogon roof, narra wood, capiz doors and windows while the interiors are made from bespoke rattan and bamboo furniture combined with inabel textures.
