'This is a great location to stay at if you are headed to La Union. Aureo is super close to being a 5 star review, they were just missing the little details that separate from "Good" to "Excellent". We had to ask for several items in our room that are basics (slippers, body soap, shampoo, extra towels). Once asked for, the staff responded immediately however we should not have had to ask for those things when booking a villa suite. Property is well maintained however there are still areas...

'You can't do much on the hotel premises; it feels restraining, but the aesthetic and beachfront are amazing. Honestly speaking, the food is less appetizing (ordinary) and expensive, with not many choices on the menu. Flies are all over the dining area. Kudos to the staff for doing their best to solve the problem. I think it will be a great place if given attention to guest intertqinment and more wiggle room with choices.'

'Beautiful landscape with awesome swimming pool and ocean view but the property is somewhat rundown. It’s not being maintained. The hardware in my bathroom is rusty. Definitely looks old and it smelled like sewer after taking a long shower. Room is big but very dull. No character for what is advertised as 5 star hotel. Breakfast is a typical Filipino breakfast; not exciting for a hotel rated as 5 star. '

'Good resort to stay swimming pool with two combine pool for kids and adult it has sort of infinity effect but never trun on for most of our stay walking distance to the beach staff was friendly and helpful but terrible road going there, as in cracks narrow road with steep climb it is not accomodating if you have a sedan or smaller vehicle, if they can fix the road leading to the resort this will be a great place to go to.'

'Early pool access was a plus! Buffet breakfast was wonderful -very tasty and generous servings-coffee🙌 nice and strong!!! Staff was so friendly and willing to help. Onda Restaurant could use some more training- very inefficient-we asked for glasses for water ( and water) 5+ times with different staff and several members of our party (9 of us) asking. At one point I went up to the counter to ask and still nothing for a bit. Food was tasty! Found a dead cockroach on the bathroom floor- otherwise...

'Het is mijn vaste hôtel elke keer dat ik naar de province moest. Ik vind het heerlijk om hier te logeren.Staff zijn geweldig, kamers zijn groot en wat belangrijk is, het is vlakbij het schone strand. Alle restaurants zijn super.'
