Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We really loved this stay overall. The apartment was super cute, very clean, and honestly looked even better than the photos. It was spacious and the location was amazing — you can walk right out to shops, restaurants, and everything nearby. Being next to the Governor’s House also made the area feel very safe, with security present at all times.
One thing worth noting for future guests is that the specific unit we booked was on the first floor, and the middle of the kitchen is open to the indoor water fountain shown in the photos. While it looks beautiful, we didn’t realize that the ceiling above this area goes all the way up to the other apartments, and the surrounding windows are open. Because of this, sound travels very easily. We could hear conversations, music, and TVs late at night and early in the morning, and this happened pretty much every night. Also, the shower in the master bedroom only had cold water, but the other bathroom’s shower worked perfectly. (you can’t flush anything not even toilet paper so you have to throw that in the trash every time you wipe)
Aside from that, the apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we truly enjoyed our stay.
