This condo is located in the heart of Ocean Park on a gated, 4-story colonial style building. It has a recently renovated community pool with sun deck, parking space for our guests and video-monitored security. Ours is a charming one bedroom, one bath apartment with a fully loaded kitchen, and a cozy living/dining room area (with a sofa bed). It includes central A/C, hot water, 2 SMART TVs, and Wi-Fi. It sleeps up to four people (ideal for a small family or couple). Located at just walking distance from a gorgeous beach, great dining, shopping and casinos.

Ocean Park is just walking minutes from the upper scale Condado neighborhood, and the restaurant district of Calle Loiza. And at just a few minutes' drive you'll be able to experience Old San Juan, where you be able to admire Spanish architecture, local fine cuisine, shopping and entertainment.

Puerto Rico is only 100 miles x 35, which means you can get just about anywhere within a 2-hours drive. You'll be able to experience some of the best outdoor activities in the Caribbean such as scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing, horseback riding, zip lining, kayaking, surfing and much more!

This place is a gem!!!! The apartment was immaculate and had everything you would need during your stay.It is steps away from the most beautiful beach and beach chairs and towels are provided. Most excursions and activities were a short Uber ride from the apartment. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe in this area. Unfortunately, the water was off area wide during the first part of my stay, but my host Milly went out of her way to provide me with drinking water and water to use. She was attentive and communicated daily to make sure I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend this property for your stay in Puerto Rico!

The host was amazing, always communicating with us to make sure our needs was met! Went out of their way to make us even more comfortable. The pool was nice had it to ourselves every night. It was close to the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Would recommend this place 1000000000x. We loved it here.

Great location, Cute place and so much to love.

I absolutely adored this place it was perfect for me and my fiancé. It isn’t huge but it has everything 2 people could possibly need. There wasn’t anything I was without, they had it all there. The only thing I could say gave us alittle problem was that I was unable change the temperature of the Ac. I would have liked it to be colder but i wouldn’t say that was a huge problem. I would definitely stay there again. Also the pool was a huge plus. It Was empty most days, had the entire pool to ourselves. Location was everything!! Close to so much, Ubers were insanely affordable. Definitely recommend for a couple or 2 people.

Great location!

This cute apartment is located right in the middle of an area away from the hecticness but still close enough to all the action. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and everything further is just a short uber ride. Best part is the proximity to the beach! The hosts were very polite and even when there was a small inconvenience they reached out and made sure we were taken care of. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying a long weekend!

Blackout

It started well, easy to find and follow directions. Then PR had a blackout for 3 days, not once did I hear from the owners, we had to leave and stay at a hotel elsewhere for the remainder of our stay 2.5 days three times the price and we finally hear from owners to make sure we checked out. Not a bit concerned about us. Not even an offer to reimburse us for the two days we couldn’t stay in the property.

Excellent location with parking

The location in San Juan is excellent and just off a beautiful beach. We loved having a secure dedicated parking space. We didn't use the pool but it is very nice and well maintained. The overall space is a bit tight but more than adequate since your mostly just sleeping there. Also, it is walking distance to our favorite restaurant, Bebo's! Would definitely stay here again.

Don’t do it!

I stayed here with my partner and two kids for three nights. The pros - half a block from the beach (red flag the entire time)The cons: A tiny apartment, best suited for two people, cramped with I’ll equipped kitchen and terrible water pressure. No where to hang wet clothes and towels, we had no power one day and no water for the next day - which is not unusual for Puerto Rico / host promised to reimburse us and didn’t,... weird.Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was clean and cozy. The beach was close and we walked to a couple of restaurants that were great. It was nice having the pool there as well. Nice place to stay for 2 adults or a family with young children. Everything was great!

Very small apartment, everything was clean but definitely needed some updating. Sofa bed looked disgusting to sleep on, fridge was old and sticky-like feeling, stove was awkward placing and old. The Tv in the living did not work for us and even tho we had old blinds closed, you can still see through. If you don’t plan on staying inside or care too much about your living space then yea, book it. Other than that I would never do this place again, I had the assumption that the pool was private but it was shared for whole building (very misleading photo). Only great thing is security, there was a gate that needed a fob ti open and also another key to open to get into the building.

Where do I start

It started with checkin being at 3 but the cleaners were still cleaning and didn’t get to checkin until 3:15. I would have not cared if that was the only thing. It’s advertised as 2 smart tv but the bedroom has the only smart tv. When I started cooking dinner the water was shut off and I had to call VRBO since the owner wouldn’t get back with me. He informed VRBO they are working on the pipes and water should be back soon. I had no water for about 2.5 hours and usually that wouldn’t be a big deal also. Then time for bed and my 17 year old son had to use all his strength to unfold the sleeper sofa. In the middle of the night the shower curtain fell down and the whole time I fought the thing. Would not stay up. Then the last night around 8:30 we lost power. That was not the fault of the owner the whole grid went down. We did stay without power until we checked out the next morning at 11. The owner said he would refund one night for the inconvenience of it all but I have not received the refund as of yet. I emailed him to remind him and have not received an answer.
