  • Welcome to Casa Friends!

    Casa Friends is the perfect place to spend your Cabo Vacation. It has everything you need and the best part is it is BEACHFRONT! You are steps to the beach and the view from all 3 terraces are unbelievable. You will truly be at home and know that you picked the right property, when you walk into Casa Friends!

    The house had a complete remodel in 2022. There are 5 bedrooms with all having their own ensuite bathrooms. The home provides plenty of space with the lower level offering 3 of the bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and laundry room. There is also a workspace with a desk, for those that need to work while on vacation. The terrace off of this level, provides a private pool with jacuzzi. There are several areas spaced out with patio furniture- table and chairs along with loungers. You will also find a built in BBQ area for those that enjoy cooking out! The 2nd level offers 2 bedrooms with an additional guest bathroom. The terrace off this level offers a fire pit with seating. There is a 3rd level terrace on the rooftop. You will find a spiral staircase from the 2nd level to the rooftop where this is additional seating and loungers to relax and soak up some sun!

    There are so many options with this house to relax by the pool and watch the waves, take a stroll on the beach and watch the sunrise n the morning, go for a walk to downtown San Jose, or take some surf lessons!



    We also can assist with full concierge services such as private transportation, welcome service, chef services, pre arrival groceries, car rental, activities, babysitting, and more! Please let us know what services you need for your Cabo vacation and we will be happy to set them up!

This was a great house with some incredible views. The beach access was fantastic as we were able to surf in front of the home. Victor was very responsive whenever we needed anything. I would recommend staying here for anyone with a large group.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary and Thanksgiving at the property with friends and family, 11 people. Everything was perfect! Gloria and her staff cooked traditional TG dinner and one more dinner for us. Lovely people and great food...

Amazing property in the best location!

This is by far the best house on the Costa Azul beach! Completely remodeled, beautiful bedding, comfortable living spaces, updated bathrooms, technology. Pool and spa are right on the sand and the outdoor kitchen is perfect! Will definitely be back!

Bachelorette Trip

The house was perfect for 12 of us on a bachelorette trip! It's even better in person than it looks in the photos and the location is great! Victor was easy to work with and took care of any questions we had right away, once we arrived. We spent a lot of time in the house because it was so beautiful and comfortable - we had a chef come in one night and a yoga / brunch one morning. Would definitely love to come back if we ever have the chance!

Great location, views and property!

This home was amazing to stay at with a large group of friends! There's plenty of rooms with King beds and it's right on the beach so you wake up to amazing views and surfers every day. The pool and hot tub were also great and the location on the beach isn't crowded at all (went in Oct) so it seemed like we had our own private beach. You can easily get to many of the great restaurants within 20 minutes. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it! Victor from property management was very helpful.

Amazing House!!

We booked this house for a guys weekend and birthday celebration. This house is nothing short of AMAZING. It's so close to the beach, ample room for all 9 of us, great pool and jacuzzi. Tubs in all the master bedrooms. Both Kristen and Victor were very responsive to our needs for the stay. Helped us in arranging; private chefs, airport rides, and any questions we had about the house.

Absolutely amazing house with spectacular location!

We had the most amazing family vacation and this house was the reason. Kristen, Gloria, Victor and the rest of the crew were there for all our needs and made check in/check out effortless and stress free. We planned multiple activities- fishing, atvs, golf and a sunset cruise with private transportation to and from each activity that Kristen made so easy. The house was even better than advertised and was spotless with amazing views. If you are planning on going to Cabo, you must stay here. We will be back and will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you so much for all you did to make this our best family vacation ever.

Wow! Best place ever.

Wonderful home on the beach with plenty of room for everyone. We traveled with family, ranging in ages of 6 - 64. The kids bunk room was perfect as were the all suite bedrooms. Everyone felt like they got the best one! On top of that the beds were very comfortable and the bedding and decor top notch. We partook of the in home chef for one meal ( Gloria) as well as the sailing and snorkling trip (Synergy) options listed with this property and loved both. Take my word for it, this home is fabulous and everything it promises to be. We all came home with wonderful memories that we will cherish in the days to come.

Hurricane

A hurricane hit this area a couple of weeks ago and the property was damaged slightly. The manager informed us about a week before our arrival and we accepted the property with a few minor discrepancies. But these issues didn’t disturb us and all 9 of us agreed that it was the trip of a lifetime. Thanks

High end stay

Great house, first class all the way, location was perfect. We watched surfers in the morning and afternoons from the pool, walked the beaches to the restaurants and bars, it was perfect. Speakers connected music from the kitchen/bedrooms out to the pool deck. Easy to walk to the ceviche under the bridge (highly recommend) and could walk to surf lessons or just sit in the pool, anything you wanted. Pablo and the team were great, house was stocked with beer and groceries, they helped us line up shuttles and chef, anything we needed. Thanks for letting us stay!
