'We enjoyed our stay at casa loma. The accommodation is in a older building. So you can hear everybody moving talking etc. Not a big problem for us. And the room was very small. But it was clean. Bed was good too. The receptionist lady was very kind. And helped us out a lot of times. So if you are in San Francisco and Need a good place to stay casa loma is recommended'

'Stayed for 10 days. We arrived before check in and stayed in the city long after check out hours, the front desk team was very kind on keeping our luggage safe. The location is great, a block away from MUNI and BART. There are certainly some homeless around the neighborhood, however there is security 24/7 around the property making you feel safe. Shout out to the house keeping staff. The room was kept clean everyday. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise ase there were several...

'Staff is not very friendly. Rooms are small. Hotel is very noisy. It is a neighborhood where you don't want to walk at night. Would not recommend this one. Will stay somewhere else next time.'

'This was a percent location for a single male traveling for photography, site seeing and food. The access to every type of mass transit right at the door step was cherry on top. My room was quiet and clean. While the room temperatures did swing throughout my visit, I was never uncomfortable due to warm blankets and a bed side fan being provided. The staff were also very friendly. '

'We arrived in the hotel with a bit of a problem, as our luggage was lost on our way to San Francisco. The hotel manager, Steve, was incredibly helpful and kind to us. He even offered us his phone so we could call the airline. The hotel itself is OK. The room is quite small and the bathroom facilities are to be shared with other guests.
