El Dorado Ranch San Felipe - Casa Rocky Point Vacation Rental with Private Pool

Casa Rocky Point is a stunning three-bedroom San Felipe Mexico pool home packed with amenities, located in El Dorado Ranch with breathtaking views of the mountains and surrounding Baja landscape. The split-level vacation rental is complete with multiple living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, three private bedrooms, a private pool, and 2000 square feet of living space. Its central location makes it easy to get a feel of the community while also being close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and the short drive to the vibrant city center. 

When you pull into the private driveway you’ll notice the traditional Mexican architecture, including bold arches, large windows, and wide breezeways. The front yard features careful landscaping, a modern mix of stone, and native plants and shrubs. The front entranceway is a shady place to sit and enjoy coffee in the mornings and sets the tone for the rest of the home.

As you walk through the front door you’ll notice the large living room, complete with Spanish red tile, a wooden entertainment center, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can sit on the comfortable gray-toned sofa or relax in the recliner and watch their favorite shows! The spacious lounge provides plenty of room for family game nights or movie nights.
 
The U-shaped kitchen provides plenty of room for the chef in the family to move around and work their magic. Swing by the local grocery store and stock the cabinets and full-size refrigerator with your family’s favorite groceries, and use the extensive counter space to meal prep for the entire family. The kitchen has double sinks, a dishwasher, a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, and cabinets stocked with glasses, plates, and tableware. Two large windows above the sink look out over the pool area, filling the kitchen with natural light during the day.
 
The kitchen counter extends toward the living room and creates a breakfast bar with high-top seating, a comfortable place to enjoy a quick breakfast before heading out to the beach. For more formal dinners, there is a glass-top dining room table and seating for four right off the kitchen. Serve a family-style dinner here, or open up your laptop, connect to the wifi, and get some work done.
 
There is one bedroom and bathroom on this level. The bedroom has a full-size bed, two nightstands with designer light fixtures, and a walk-in closet. It’s just steps away from the family bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and a simple vanity area.
 
From the kitchen, you can take the stairs up to the master suite. This private retreat has a Queen size bed, modern mirrored vanity, an attached sitting area, and a walk-in closet. The private master bath has a curved tiled vanity area, walk-in shower, and subtle decor pieces.
 
The third bedroom is another sunny retreat that can sleep up to four people. The layout of the home spreads the bedrooms out for optimal peace and privacy and centers the living areas in the heart of the home.
 
Outside, the entire backyard has been transformed into a tropical paradise, complete with a sparkling private pool and expansive sundeck. Sun loungers line the pool deck, and shady nooks around the pool allow guests to enjoy poolside activities while staying out of the sun. Pool hours do not apply here as you are free to swim at all hours of the day. 

As a guest here, you have access to all of El Dorado Ranch’s amenities, including the multiple pools, tennis courts, hot tubs, and beach access. Note that if you plan to use the El Dorado Ranch pool, maximum 6 persons can use the pool.  So if more than 6 persons, plan to only use the private pool of this rental.  Spending your vacation here means getting to know the locals while also being in your own space.
