Located 25 minutes South of San Felipe on the water, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. The adorable space features two king beds, two full beds, and a twin bed, comfortably accommodating 9 guests.. With three bathrooms, mornings are easy and hassle-free. The serene atmosphere invites guests to unwind and soak in the cool surroundings. Whether you’re gathering for meals or relaxing after a day of adventure, this house provides a welcoming retreat. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything the beach and our house has to offer. The house is off grid, so solar power is used, propane gas & water is brought in.
The home is lovely and we have been enjoying it for 35 years. There are vast views of the sea and the decor matches this style.
It is important to note that the house is OFF GRID. You cannot use blow dryers, curling irons, microwave ovens. Your group will need to be mindful that this is a different experience than living in a city with unlimited power. Both water and power need to be considered each day and not misused. Please share with your group the unique nature of living in an OFF GRID come. While we cannot emphasize enough how beautiful it is to be in this gorgeous ocean front locations, we also cannot emphasize enough how you must pay attention to the solar and power usage.
