The host was very good with communications, answering questions in a timely manner.The house is very spacious with good size rooms and a common kitchen/living room area with lots of space for our family of 10. It was also conveniently located for our purposes (Safari Park, San Diego Padres ballpark, and Legoland).Things you might want to know: - There is A/C, but only on the first floor. Fortunately, it was not hot in April and there was a nice cool breeze when we opened doors/windows. There are overhead fans in the rooms and kitchen/living room which help.- The bathroom vanity counter(sinks) in the master bedroom on the second floor is higher than normal (maybe 40-42 inches) such that some people might find it a bit uncomfortable.- There is no washing machine or dryer, which would be a nice to have. But, it must be noted that they do not list that the unit has a washer/dryer.

We had a large group and had a fantastic stay! We didn't feel like we were ever on top of each other with how large the house is. The photos are true to the space, and honestly, everyone in our group was happy with any room in the house. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool was great and large enough for nearly all 11 of us. The spa was very nice and heated up super quickly. If I had a similarly sized group and were staying near the San Diego downtown area, I would stay again. A special surprise, other than the beautiful skyline over San Diego, was the nightly fireworks that were easily viewed from the back of the house at SeaWorld. While our group was OK with Ubering most places around San Diego, if you are coming with family and doing a lot of different activities, I would rent a car, which can easily be pulled into the driveway.

Bachelorette Festivites

We had a great stay! The host was very prompt to communicate with, which was great! The property has A LOT of steps, so a little difficult for one of our friends who had a sprained ankle and for the hibachi chef to get their grill upstairs to set up. Other than that the space was great for a large crowd, loved the outdoor balconies, and the views are incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect property for large group stay!

My friends and I stayed at the property for 3 nights for my Bachelor Trip, and it was a perfect time! We spent most of the days doing activities away from the house, which the property is really nicely located for (15 mins away from airport, Zoo, Pacific Beach, and everywhere else we went). The configuration of the house is awesome too, with the top floor being set up for socializing and preparing meals and everyone else having ample space for sleeping arrangements in the first two floors. Katrina was very responsive and great to communicate with too!
