    This is the perfect location to explore all that San Diego has to offer.
    We offer elite comfort for up to 4 guests with A/C and heating, exceptionally comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of sheets and towels, Smart TV; FREE laundry, FREE coffee, FREE bottled waters, and snacks upon arrival. Guest toiletries, hair dryer, Makeup mirror and spa robes also provided. This beautiful rental has everything you need for a memorable stay in San Diego !

    The Space:
    This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

    The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

    Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

    Parking:
    We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

What a beautiful place to stay - inside and out! The bed was a little too high for me being a short person but everything else was perfect. Hosts were great and responded quickly! 100% stay here if you have a chance.

We had a fantastic stay. The place was perfect for us with a comfortable bed and space for the two of us to move around. The grounds were beautiful and it was a perfect location to get everywhere in the city and to the beaches. The hosts were very gracious, and super responsive!

The property is beautifully kept. Everything we needed to feel like home. The location was perfect. 5 minutes to Old Town Station was super convenient for trolley access to Little Italy, Gaslamp, Seaport etc. Short drive to Mission and Pacific Beaches, Sunset Cliffs. We easily explored the Downtown vibe had a nice experience at Petco Park. Highly recommend!!!

What a terrific find! Everything posted was actually at this beautiful home. We stayed for 6 nights and hope to return sometime in the future. Tiffany and Bill thought of everything. The views are outstanding, especially at night with the sunset and the colorful runway. We loved the backyard terrace with ideal relaxation seating. The location is great too. Close to all the attractions with a quick Uber ride. I must note, the Linens/towels match any 5 Star hotel. All in all, a wonderful experience in a fun city!

What a beautiful stay! We stayed for 5 nights with our grandsons (ages 6 and 9) and our hosts were very accommodating. We were gone most days sightseeing, but upon our return in the evenings it felt like coming home. The backyard area was welcoming for the family to relax and for the boys to exhaust some energy. On boys' night out to the ball game my wife stayed behind and enjoyed the hot tub, which she said was wonderful.In an unfamiliar neighborhood, it was nice to have a driveway and gated entry; although we did feel secure in the area. We did not cook, but there appeared to be most of the necessities in the kitchen. Really, everything we could have needed was provided, from board games to beach towels. I forgot how nice it was to use Vrbo and to get away from hotels. I cannot say how pleased we were with our decision to stay here. If I have one negative thing to say, it is that for our Houston blood, we love our A/C, and this room did get a little warm at night for our taste with only a mini-split unit over the bed. We found it more comfortable to open the windows, but with that came a little airport noise. With that being said, this is not a deal breaker, and I would definitely return. For most this is probably not an issue with this wonderful S.D. weather, and it's likely just our need to sleep with the A/C blasting at night. Nice hosts, great location, beautiful home...what a wonderful time!

I have stayed at Mennie Vrbo's and this was by far the best of all of them. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided anything that I asked for. The property is gorgeous and so are the views. There is plenty of room inside. There is plenty of space for parking and everything was so close by. And there was not a lot of traffic wherever I went, which really surprised me. I hope I can go back to San Diego soon and if I do, I will definitely try to stay at this property.
