  • This stylish retro condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with sleeping accommodations including 1 king, 1 queen, and an additional twin cot. Located just blocks from the beach in Pacific Beach, the home offers a bright open-concept living space with high ceilings, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and comfortable indoor and outdoor dining areas. A private patio with seating and a hot tub provides a perfect space to relax, while additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable/streaming, beach equipment, ceiling fans, and garage parking for one compact vehicle. Guests are within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and attractions, and just minutes from Belmont Park, SeaWorld San Diego, and the San Diego Zoo. Things to Know: Small to medium non-shedding dogs are allowed but must be kenneled when unsupervised. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. Fireplace is not operable. This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is best suited for quieter groups, with strict no-tolerance policies on noise, parties, occupancy, and smoking. Garage parking is available for one compact vehicle, with additional street parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Very Close to Everything

This was a great place! We got to wake up with the sun shining on the deck and coffee in our hand. It was very close to the beach and anything else you might need. Tons of places to eat.

modern clean and roomy

We loved the place , enough room for the five of us, it was clean and roomy we had everything we needed and being just blocks from the beach was the best! The only downfall was the atm machine across the street ..that echoed through the rooms,other than that we had a great family vacation. Our place was centrally located to walk to all! I would stay there again!

This was a great 2 Bedroom just 2 blocks off the beach and within walking distance to many great resturants and shops. The listing description was accurate in all aspects, plus the managers provided up to-date information for checking in and out. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

What a great property! The location alone is 5 stars. Add the updates to the house, cleanliness, and management company to make it the perfect rental. A front patio was being installed during our stay which will make the property even better.

Great location! Modern clean apartment!

This apartment was perfect for our three day stay in San Diego! The location was perfect - near shops, restaurants, and the beach. The unit is modern and extremely clean. Two very comfortable beds and a nice pullout. Great TV, stereo system, stocked kitchen and everything else you would need. I will definitely stay again during my next visit!!

a wonderful stay

The property is beautifully arranged and maintained. It is so handy to all things Pacific Beach. We were able to host some great evening meals for our sons - the kitchen has what we needed. External noise was not an issue. Beds are comfy. My wife and I would not hesitate to stay again.

Relaxing by the Ocean in style

Loved staying at this apartment, which is a very short walk to the pacific ocean. It's clearly recently renovated, in a retro style and is light and spacious. Such a relief to have clean and newly fresh bathrooms, often a bug bear. Kitchen is well stocked and spacious. Easy reach of shops and amenities - would highly recommend it - we'll be back!!

Wonderful property! The convenience to bars/restaurants/beach can't be beat! My only qualm would be the street noise, there is a bus stop right outside the 2nd bedroom window. But if you close the windows at night it makes a big difference. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to explore the area and not have to drive anywhere!

Nice place, lovely location near the beach.

The house itself was very nice--good layout, comfortable, well appointed. Being a couple blocks from the beach and shops made it very convenient. The only drawback (and why four stars instead of five) is the late night noise. There is a popular, new nightclub facing the bedroom windows. Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are party nights in PB, so it gets noisy after midnight.

Pacific Beach Paradise

Very nice home. Great location and we are not even partiers. The floors were dirty. That is the only thing you can control. The child next door likes to scream at the top of his lungs early and pretty much all day.

Loved it - Great house, great location!!!

The place was great, it was clean and well taken care of and close to EVERYTHING we needed!!!! Though it has been unseasonably hot in San Diego and there is no AC - we had to sleep with the windows open and it was very warm. There is also a lot of noise in the area, but it is due to the prime location. Those are all very minor things - otherwise, we really enjoyed the place and would stay there again. Great home, great location - and also great service from the 710 Rental Team!

The location and property is great. My biggest and my daughters is that the floors were dirty. I’ve always walked barefoot in my house but couldn’t here until I finally broke down and let the property manager know and they gave me a swifter wet mop so I could clean the floors myself.

BEST LOCATION!

This property is even better then it looks. It is very well appointed with clean and modern furnishings. It was so well equipped for those who like to cook, it has everything that you would have in your own kitchen. It was more spacious then it appears in the photo's and lastly its LOCATION can't be beat! it was the perfect rental for my family that did not have a car. They were steps from great restaurants, shopping, bars and only 1 block from the beautiful beach & busy boardwalk. The staff at 710 Beach Rentals made it so easy to book, they are extremely helpful & prompt in responding. I highly recommend this property, it was so nice & clean!
