Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay. Please note that while you'll have access to both the upstairs and downstairs living areas, they are not connected by an interior staircase. To move between the two levels, you'll need to exit the home and use the exterior entrance to access the downstairs unit.

Bay Park is one of San Diego's best-kept secrets, offering a quiet residential setting just minutes from many of the city's most popular attractions. You'll be within a short drive of Mission Bay, Mission Beach, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, SeaWorld, and Old Town, making it easy to spend your days exploring the coastline, dining at local restaurants, or enjoying everything San Diego has to offer. The neighborhood also features nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, parks, and local eateries, giving you the convenience of everyday essentials while staying close to the action. The Balboa Avenue Trolley Station is a ~5 minute walk!



Getting Around:

A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, and the property offers convenient parking. The home is centrally located with quick access to Interstate 5, making it easy to reach downtown San Diego, the airport, La Jolla, Del Mar, and other coastal communities. Prefer not to drive? The Balboa Avenue Transit Center is approximately a 5 min walk, providing easy trolley access to UTC, Old Town, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, and beyond. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are also readily available throughout the area.

- Parking: driveway parking and with plenty of street parking .

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax.

- Smoking and events/parties are prohibited.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
