📝 THINGS TO KNOW • Beach Gear: Complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and boogie boards. • The jetted bathtub in the master bathroom is inoperable. • The fireplace in the master bedroom is inoperable. • Like many beach homes in the area, this home does NOT have AC. The multitude of windows, the ceiling fans, and the nice coastal breeze ensure you will stay nice and cool! • This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. • Third sleeping arrangement is a sofa bed in a loft-style room. There is no door. • This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Great location and fun for both the adults and the kids!!
Loved the location to the beach walkway, the onsite garage with map provided for additional parking, the rooftop patio, and the fun game loft for the kids!! Communication with Coast was great, and the amenities like beach towels, chairs and toys exceeded our expectations but were greatly appreciated!

Excellent Accomadations!
This is a lovely place. Has all the amenities, close to the beach. Easy communications with host company. Lots of room. We were 4 adults but this would be a nice place for a family as well. It is on the second floor. Has a garage which is really nice.

Winter beach getaway
This property fit our group of 6 perfectly. It was located just steps from the beach and the garage was a big plus since the area doesn’t have any street parking available. Some of the interior finishings were pretty dated and the dishwasher could use an upgrade, but all in all it was super clean and a great place to stay.

Location is ideal
Great beach house with patio view of the ocean. Two balconies, large open area and large master, bath and walk in closet. My only draw back was no air conditioning in common downstairs/loft family area. After adding a screen to the balcony opening, it was much cooler. Management company was awesome!

A large, open beach house that is dog friendly!
The house is large and one row away from the ocean. Two balconies and a loft ensure space from others if you happen to be working out of the home. It is very welcoming to animals as well. All amenities are available and invite the renters to drop their suitcases and go! Master bath needs a shower curtain as water pressure is so high that one cannot help to get the room wet.A new coat of paint and new throw rugs would help to spruce up the place that is beginning to look a bit tired. Great time with my grown children! We will be back!

Ormond Paradise with a view!
The place was very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed to get started. We enjoyed the ocean view from the front deck, BBQ’s and fireworks from the back deck. Both had nice views and ocean breeze.
The garage had boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon. The house came with plenty of fans and a/c in the master bedroom, for the couple of warm days we had (83 degrees).😂
The management company that handles it was very quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. I was very impressed with them.
Overall the house was very impressive, all the windows, high ceilings and the loft upstairs. I would rent this house again and enjoy working with the management company!

Door to beach 1 minute (1 row back). Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels. Kitchen well stocked. Good natural light during the day, lots of lighting options at night. Comfy gas fireplace. Loft with foosball and oversized connect four. Showers have good water pressure. Rooftop patio good for sunrise and evening grilling. Main floor balcony good for morning coffee and watching the waves. Open floor plan, great flow.

Mission Beach Surf Camp Stay
We love the roominess of the inside spaces and the multiple outside patios offering different views and privacy. There were many useful features of the home including a well-appointed kitchen. The proximity to the beach and activities that we enjoyed during our stay - the main feature being our son’s week-long Surf Camp - made our days easy and stress-free. This was because once we parked our vehicle in the provided garage we really didn’t need to drive and find new parking unless we wanted something outside of Mission or Pacific Beach.

Huge place, steps to ocean with bonus room upstairs
The design was great for an older home, feel of a mid century modern was perfect for the location. Lots of room for a family of 4 or more to stretch out. The only downside in the hot months would be no A/C but usually a good breeze blowing through. Water pressure not good when more than one appliance or toilet being flushed but pretty minor detail. We will return !

Cute place with great beach view balcony
For the last 20 years, we have stayed in beach side rentals all up and down Mission Beach, from A to Z. This place has Cute decor, nice layout, comfortable beds, fun game room upstairs, a great garage for your car and nice balcony with a view of surfers on the waves! The water pressure needs some work as you cannot have any other water on at the same time as the shower or your shower turns to a cold drizzle. This unit is on the 2nd floor and the bottom unit is dog friendly so you may hear dog barking. The new management company is very hard to get hold of but this place was pretty well stocked so you probably won’t need to contact them. Overall, it was a great place to stay.
