Or just enjoy the sand by running, walking at sunset, building sandcastles, horseshoes, Frisbee, or just enjoying the sun with a book. We keep beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels in the property for you. So you just show up and get to it!

There is also the iconic boardwalk that stretches approximately 2.5 miles along Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Whether you want to run, walk, bike, rollerblade, skateboard, or just do some of the best people-watching on the planet, the boardwalk is a fun time.

For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.

There will be a $40/Night fee if brining a Pet.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
