  • WEKELIJKSE TARIEFKORTING. Deze prachtige Ocean Front appartement is op het strand. Het enige wat u scheiden van de golven en het zand is de beroemde promenade. Word wakker met de aanblik en het geluid van de Stille Oceaan direct voor u met onze grote raam in de slaapkamer. De woonkamer, eetkamer, keuken en slaapkamer allemaal te maken met de oceaan. Het appartement is gelegen op de 2e verdieping verstrekken van privacy, rust en veiligheid voor u en uw gezin, terwijl u alle strand en de promenade actie hieronder bekijken.

    Het appartement heeft een hotel queen bed, 2 aparte bedden, queen luchtbed, lederen bank en lederen fauteuil.

    De keuken is volledig gevuld met alle kook-en eetgerei u nodig heeft. De
    slaapkamer heeft een queen size bed en TV, de tweede slaapkamer 2 aparte bedden en een computer,
    en de woonkamer een bank, fauteuil, TV, DVD-speler ,, en stereo-installatie. Het grote balkon kijkt uit over de promenade en heeft openslaande 6 stoelen en een gas BBQ.

    Alle beddengoed worden geleverd, behalve voor strandlakens. Wij bieden zelfs boogie boards en strandstoelen.
    Er is een parkeerplaats onder het apparaat groot genoeg is om de grootste SUV past.

    Het appartement is gelegen halverwege tussen de Pacific Beach Pier en de beroemde Belmont Park achtbaan. Net aan de achterkant van ons gebouw zijn verschillende restaurants, fietsverhuur, verhuur surfplank, kleding winkels, strand winkels, en surfen instructies. Wandel op de promenade naar meer restaurants te vinden, Daily roomservice is niet beschikbaar. Niet roken.

As close to the waves as you could get! Beautiful view of the ocean the moment you open the door. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen space was more than enough. Listening to the ocean waves throughout our stay was just the relaxation we needed.

Beautiful beach front condo

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Well appointed and great location. Owners responded quickly to emails and also made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here and we will again on our next visit.

Right on the boardwalk. Loved the boogie boards and access to walk to everything! Had to close the doors at night because the boardwalk was busy/at times loud but also very fun. Price was the same as a hotel room with 3x the space and amenities. No AC & limited kitchen tools for cooking but overall a very nice stay, and they allowed us to check in early!

Great place right on the boardwalk, the master bedroom is the best!

This unit is more affordable then others right on the beach and it has everything you need to have a great time on mission beach. Great communication and a great place!

This property is wonderful. We watched dolphins from the deckand enjoyed beautiful sunsets. Host is a great communicatir.

Beach front with great views. Property is a bit dated, but overall very nice. Right on the boardwalk with easy access to restaurants and shops. Host is very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

Perfect getaway

Just as pictured. Perfect location for enjoying sunsets, the beach with easy access to explore all that San Diego has to offer. Hosts provided very helpful information on local dining and sites to see and made sure that our check in process and stay went smoothly.

Perfect Mothers Day

Perfect location for a weekend get away. The location is on the beach and only a small walk to the bay. Plenty of places to eat! Parking is right in front but we did not even need a car. We were able to walk to everything. If I could I would give the owners an 11 for their outstanding service and kindness.

Beach week getaway

The property was super comfortable and clean. The unit had all the needed necessities and walking distance to groceries and restaurants. Easy and quick access from door to beach in seconds. Property manager was very kind, informative and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this location again.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at the Mission Beach Resort for one week and it was perfect for us. Marianne and Jef's help with getting settled, info on the condo, things to do in the area, etc. was great. Their communication was excellent, and they did all they could to make things go smoothly during our stay. The location is perfect; from the boardwalk to the beach, the sunsets and local restaurants, you couldn't ask for more. We hope to return soon!

The unit was wonderful, very clean and had all the amenities. I would definetely stay here again. Only shortfall is there is only 1 bathroom. But the view of beach from the balcony makes up for it. Loved the unit.

Great place in a great location!

Our stay here did not disappoint. The view and the location are wonderful. We loved waking up to the sound of ocean waves, sightseeing all day in the San Diego area, and then returning to this home-like condo after a long day to hit the beach or people watch from the balcony above the boardwalk. The host was very communicative, shared attraction info, local restaurant recommendations, and checked in often to make sure all was going well, which was super helpful and much appreciated. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Vacation

The condo was exactly as described. It was clean, well maintained, and had all the necessities. I’m always concerned with the quality of beds in a rental, but we had nothing to worry about. The Queen bed in the primary bedroom was firm and very comfortable for 2 people. The view is amazing and you can’t beat the location. Jef and Marianne were very responsive and made sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo Rental

My wife and I booked this rental for our honeymoon and loved it. The space is bigger than it appears in the pictures and the view is amazing from the balcony/Master bedroom. Easy parking and great location to many shops and resturants. Location on the boardwalk is decent. About a 15-20 minute walk to Belmont Park. We booked our rental over the Thanksgiving holiday and we were able to cook a small meal in the kitchen without issues. Would recommend this rental to anyone and would love to go back.

Amazing, beach side condo

This condo is a real gem! I've stayed in SD several times at a resort, but this condo was better! The location is perfect for walking the board walk/beach and you are surrounded by great restaurants. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves come in. You are so close to the ocean! The condo was VERY clean and had everything we needed. There is a dishwasher and laundry right across the alley which was a huge plus for us. We loved our beautiful, large, ocean view front bedroom and our kids had lots of room in the back bedroom. It was very quiet at night. The condo is larger than you think and had a great living room space and big bathroom. The condo owners checked on us often and were very attentive and kind. You will love this condo!
