Colorful Coastal Cottage

  • Ontspan in onze gezellige, midden-eeuwse cottage met zeewind en uitzicht, onlangs gerenoveerd en ingericht met een informele sfeer aan de kust. Hangen op het ruime voordek of ruime achtertuin patio met een grasveld. Volledig ingerichte keuken, moderne apparatuur, hardhouten vloeren, gashaard, flatscreen-tv, parkeergelegenheid voor 2 personen. Loop 2-3 blokken naar de kliffen van Ocean Beach & Sunset Cliffs, naar de lokale mini-marts en eethuisjes. Wij zijn gevestigd in de rustige en serene omgeving van South OB, op ongeveer 1,5 km van de beroemde en eclectisch fantastische, levendige binnenstad van OB met talloze winkels, eetgelegenheden, bars, snoep en stranden.

The cottage is so gorgeous and clean!! It had everything we needed. The front and back yards were awesome as well. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Loved this home! It was beautifully decorated inside and outside - very colorful and comfortable. The home was very clean and well-stocked with snacks and coffee. The location is great and we spent a lot of time on the front porch enjoying the ocean view and cool breeze. The host was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Rachel’s cottage was super cute, clean, close to the beach, and had everything we needed. As a host, Rachel was reliable, kind, and very easy to get a hold of. She met us at the cottage for a personal check-in and was so welcoming and nice to our very hyper 5 year old. We will definitely stay at the cottage again the next time we’re in San Diego.

I can't overstate what an excellent stay this property provided. This is an impeccably clean, comfortable, and relaxing little dollhouse. It's better than the pictures. The location is close (few blocks) to beach/restaruant/bar/other activities but far enough away for quiet evenings on your own. The beds and furnishings inside are very comfortable and the outside spaces are very well maintained. I strongly recommend this property without hesitation.

Lovely cottage- extremely tidy with everything we needed. Outdoor areas are wonderful. Front porch sitting area provides a nice view of the ocean- just right for sunset. Property is a short walk to sunset cliffs.

The house is always super clean which makes it more relaxing to not feel like I need to clean before relaxing! The decor is great and the house is very cozy. The front deck is our favorite place to hang out and drink coffee in the mornings. There is a spacious and well landscaped backyard with a hot tub. It is located close to necessities and is relatively easy to get into downtown and all the tourist attractions. We love this property!

A wonderful stay!

My husband and I have stayed at the Colorful Coastal Cottage quite a few times over the past 4 years. We love it for its comfort, charm, location, amenities and more. Rachel is an excellent host. We highly recommend it for a stay in the Ocean Beach area.

The cottage was all we hoped for and more. Not sure the photos even do it justice, absolutely charming. The owners have thought of everything and it was a wonderful place to settle in for two months. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed here twice. Its clean, cozy but spacious, in a great spot to sight-see at all the local attractions and has a view of the ocean from the front deck. The property feels secure with locking gates in the front and back of the property. I love staying here!

A Great Stay at the Cottage!

Our family has stayed at the cottage several times and we love it. Rachel is a great host, and the cottage is lovely, comfortable and clean with a beautiful garden, hot tub, laundry, beach items, and ample supplies. We watched the sunsets from the front terrace and walked into OB center or along Sunset Cliffs every day. We highly recommend staying here!

Wow!

We stay at a handful of vacation rentals annually and this one is definitely at or near the top of our list of favorites. The location is fantastic, the home is incredibly well thought out and super cute, and the property manager is top notch. This will be on our list for a return trip to San Diego!

2nd stay at the cottage!

My wife and I have family in Clairemont, and continue to stay here when we visit. The location, property size, and comfort afforded us here is top notch. The owners are super responsive and genuinely want you to make the most of your stay. Already looking forward to the next trip!
