The recently remodeled mid-century cottage blends charming, timeless character with modern comforts, featuring ocean breezes and serene ocean views. A spacious front deck provides the perfect vantage point for taking in spectacular sunsets, while the private backyard—complete with a hot tub, lounge seating, a dining area, and a barbecue—creates an ideal setting for relaxation and small outdoor gatherings.

Inside, the living space exudes cozy charm with its hardwood floors, gas fireplace, and comfortable sectional sofa seating. The original retro kitchen has been thoughtfully updated with modern appliances while retaining its nostalgic appeal, complemented by a Nespresso coffee and tea bar for morning indulgence. A seamless blend of vintage details and contemporary conveniences makes this home a welcoming and comfortable retreat. Off-street parking is available, with ample street parking nearby.

Beyond the home’s peaceful setting, guests can explore the scenic beauty of Sunset Cliffs Natural Park, just a short walk away. This property is located in a quiet neighborhood with neighbors living very close to each other as in most beach-side communities. We welcome quiet, respectful and responsible tenants. If you plan on entertaining more than a few friends or family, please note this property is not right for you. We practice "meet and greet" at check-in; quickly show you around, turn over the keys and answer any questions you may have.
