🚗 You’ll have full access to the unit and all included amenities + garage parking. Garage parking for compact to standard sized cars. Oversized vehicles will have to park on the street. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

👚 Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

2️⃣5️⃣ Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and stay at the property. This policy is strictly enforced to help prevent unauthorized parties and ensure a safe and respectful environment for our neighbors.

🌡️ During the cooler months, please note that the furnace is non-functional; however, we provide space heaters that warm the unit comfortably.

🫕 Enjoy access to a shared BBQ and two outdoor patio areas, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. These spaces are shared with the other vacation rentals in the complex, so feel free to say hello and meet fellow travelers during your stay.

🚗 You’ll also have access to a dedicated single-car garage, ideal for most compact and midsize vehicles. Because of the slight incline at the garage entrance, very low cars or vehicles with low undercarriages may have difficulty entering. If your car doesn’t fit, street parking is available.
