The Space & Neighborhood Overview:

ೃ༄ - Peaceful, centrally located, & stocked with everything a family/group would want for a perfect San Diego vacation. An easy 3 block walk to Mission Bay or 13 block bike ride to the beach.

ೃ༄ - Each unit has air conditioning, (6) beach cruisers, beach essentials (chairs/umbrella/towels/toys etc), a W/D, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated parking for (1) vehicle, highchair, pack n' play, and toddler friendly plastic dining-ware.

ೃ༄ - Each unit can be rented individually (as listed here for Unit #2) or rent the entire duplex as a whole, for groups up to 14 + 2 infants. The duplex is separated into two private spaces with private entrances, the front Unit #1 and back Unit #2 have mirror image layouts and share a common wall in the center. This specific listing is for Unit #2. Front patio and BBQ access is available to Unit #1 & entire duplex renters only (access is not available to Unit #2 renters).
