Beach N 'Bay! Welcome to San Diego!

This is a great location and has everything you want in a beach getaway. We have beach cruisers for riding the boardwalk, surfboards for the ocean and paddleboards for the bay. We are located 1/2 block to the bay and 1 short block to the Pacific Ocean Tower 19, where there is a designated swim and surf area so you can surf and swim without worries. We provide plenty of beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach wagon to help with getting toys to the beach, so no need to bring with you. Just drop off your bags and enjoy!

This is a 3 story townhome. There is an attached tandem car garage which will fit 2 small cars or LG SUV or Pickup for parking and a washer/dryer for your convenience on the 1st floor with a designated BBQ grill and 6 person patio table for grilling and chilling in the front. There is a king bed located in the master bedroom with private bath and a pull out queen sofa sleeper on the 2nd floor, then 3 single beds with a trundle with full bath on the 3rd floor, along with a private small deck with a seating area.
Amazing local restaurants are within walking distance, there is a rental place located within a block as well if there aren’t enough bikes or surfboards in the garage. Also there is the Mission Bay Aquatic Center is 1 block away if you want to rent a sail/power boat, couple kayaks, or Jet Skis. The area is 10 minutes to the airport, La Jolla, Old Town, Harbor Drive, Liberty Station, Balboa Park, the Zoo, Seaworld and Point Loma.

This house really is located in the center of all that Mission Beach has to offer.

Family relaxation

We stayed at this wonderful location for 5 nights. Everything you could imagine was supplied- right down to Standup paddle boards! The home was spacious enough for 5 adults and the outdoor spaces- patio and balcony- were such a treat. Safe neighborhood with lots of amenities near by. The neighborhood respected the quiet times from 10 pm to 8 am. The 5 of us were very comfortable including comfy beds, temperature control, and privacy. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely come again.

Easy Pick

Best part of this place is how family friendly it is, great pans for cooking, nice the kids were all upstairs, with their own space, nintendo was a nice perk and the beach toys, bikes and surf boards were awesome.

Another Great Stay!

We love everything this property has to offer. Its location, and everything that is provided in the kitchen, but especially everything for enjoying the beach/area - towels, chairs, bikes, boogie boards, beach toys, surfboards, stand-up paddle boards, etc. Angie is very responsive. When I let her know that the boogie boards were in bad shape, she had two new ones for us to use within hours. Thank you again!

Perfect Location

Beach Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely beach house. It was the perfect location, with the beach being a 2 minute walk away and other attractions being a short 15-20 minute drive away (San Diego Zoo/Balboa Park, Old Town San Diego, etc.). The owner was easy to get a hold of and answered any questions we had. Plenty of amenities available. My kids really appreciated all the beach toys, bodyboards, and board games. Thank you for the lovely stay in Mission Beach, it was the perfect addition to our vacation! :)

Lovely convenient location

This property is located walking distance to most places in mission beach. Easy access to beach and bay sides. Good restaurants walkable, honorable mention to Olives for breakfast! The home had everything we needed, from linens to kitchen items. Definitely recommend staying here. Communication was great.

The hosts are top notch. Check in was a breeze. I’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s & this place by far had the best stocked kitchen I’ve seen. Comfy beds too. It’s in the thick of everything, so a bike or walking is all you need. They supply all the beach gear too. Paddle boards & surfboards. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was the perfect home base for our visit to San Diego and the Mission Beach area. A super easy walk to the beach! Wagon and beach toys were used almost daily! Home is lovely, just as pictured and described. Host was incredibly fast to respond to all of our questions during our stay.

Great location!!

We brought our kids ages 1.5-11 and it was perfect for us. They even had a baby gate, pack n play and a little portable high chair/booster! The location was perfect walking distance to either the bay side or open ocean side. Close to everything you could possibly need or want to do. We absolutely loved our stay.

We start summer with a short stay in mission Bay each year. This was our second time at this property. It’s the perfect location and space for us. There’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out. All the beach equipment in the garage is a really nice touch!

Exceptional vacation property and location.

Owner created a very serene beach house. The house had a lot of beach accessories which we appreciated. The Keirog Coffee was a nice touch as we are jug heads in the morning .. Location is spot on as it is far enough from PB and the amusement park it is peaceful.

Loved it!!!

We unfortunately came to San Diego during the cloudiest, rainy cold week but coming from Washington we didn’t care! This house was perfect for being stuck inside. So much to do. So clean. Spacious. We loved it! Got to enjoy the beach the last day with the boogie boards! We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time. Close to the beach, bay and attractions. A few things need to be updated in the house (plumbing, carpet, toilets, table and chairs, etc.) Other than that, I would recommend this property.
