'We spent a few days here for a family reunion. The house is beautifully decorated. The backyard is resort style quality with a covered grilling area, bar and outdoor fridge. Our host Blue was amazing and responded quickly to any needs that arose. Pool and spa were sparkling. This immaculate property has beautiful views and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property.'

'I hope you are reading this before you booked this home/host. I did not and it did not turn out well. It was a terrible experience and is still going on a month later. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

'This was all we needed for a trip to the Claremont McKenna College campus for graduation. The price was significantly better than the closer hotels where other family members were staying. The parking area was easy and the kitchen was great for preparing breakfasts during our four night stay. Liked the Keurig machine! The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. 'Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10'
