'I booked Junior suite but the bed was against the wall. You have to crawl on the other side. The location was not great.
The bed and pillows were comfy. I was informed if you check in earlier, a 200 Php per hour fees, ice cubes cost 50 Php.'

'The place itself is nice. But the food is disappointing. Not only is it expensive, it doesn’t taste good. The pasta we ordered on the first night at Kilimanjaro cafe was not thoroughly cooked. You can taste and see the hard shell. The staff are amazing.'

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area, which is perfect for those looking to relax while still being within reach of nearby attractions. The airport is just 20 minutes drive. 'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...
