'We had a really nice stay.'

'We loved everything about the property. It was a great stay for us. Everything was clean and organized. Made my graduation trip truly special.'

'We had a wonderful peaceful stay. The house was clean and beautiful.'

'Adorable little beach cottage. Loved it!'

'Pet friendly with for the dog to run about and a clean, comfortable house.'

'Code to open house was wrong so minor delay getting in. Amy responded immediately. Nice house with comfortable beds and furnishings. Kitchen with plenty of equipment. Nice big back yard for dogs. No complaints.'

'The property was listed with photos of coast cliff, beach dinner, and sunset beach walk! But none of these are part of the ADU! We are booking based on the coast property that can see the ocean or bay but it ends up with a non-refundable booking within the town of a busy street. Traffic noise in night time and early morning. Bed is so soft. For the same price, we were picking between an ocean facing hotel and the “cliff+beach side” ADU. Big mistakes! Host should remove those three unrelated...

'Very clean and organized. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Great vacation stay for a week! Very relaxing and quiet area near the beach. Perfect place to stay with our dogs and enjoy some time off.'

'Stayed in this lovely studio for two nights, while exploring the area.Such a comfortable stay, everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Humboldt.Location was great, easy walking around the town of Arcata and to the Marshes.Having the Co-op nearby was a big bonus. Even though we were there Friday and Saturday the place was wonderfully peaceful. The studio is thoughtfully decorated, and we were glad of the fan during the warm spell. Amy was a wonderful and attentive host. Will definitely be back!'

'We had a very good time Thank you'

'Super clean accomaddation. Parking was a bit tricky, but doable. Nicely centralzed location nestled right next to the park. Nice amenities, but a new sofa would be an improvement of the sagging one in use there. Lots of other people nearby, but they were for the most part quiet. A gas fireplace is available for heat, though I needed none while there. Kitchen is well stocked. This place will not disappoint.'

'Adorable quirky charming and cozy mermaids Manor was such a pleasant stay on our cross country trip. Bed was super comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. Towels are nice and fluffy shower is a very cool experience look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean. Host's communication was fantastic and I loved the tips she shared for great hikes and good beaches highly recommend going to Trinidad Beach. We enjoyed several great hikes in the redwoods and visits to various beaches...

'Loved our stay. Looking forward to next year.'

'Property was great, communication with the hosts was clear and quick and the check in was seamless and very straightforward'

'I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was cozy, lots of natural light. It is very conveniently located downtown.'

'This house was great for me and my dog. It was also in a great location close to Target and close to the bay. I plan on staying here again in the future. Also, communication from the house was spot on.'
