The room itself (we were upgraded from the eurofale to the villa for free) was pretty decent, spacious, great view with working ac and solar hot water that was fine after the sun had been up. The rest of the property is very run down including the pool area. There was some grounds work going on weeding etc but no sign of any serious remedials that they property needs.
