The grounds are meticulous with many walkways through the foliage and its many wild birds on the way to the beach. The beach is tended by the local fishermen and there are guard stands all along the length of the beach cycle path. I felt very safe and it was a calm and peaceful experience. 'Casa do Amarelindo is a charming boutique hotel right in the city center. The location is walkable to many restaurants, attractions, shops and public transportation if needed. There was a view of All Saints Bay from our room, pool deck, and rooftop. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is spacious with a large walk in shower. The king size bed is huge (honestly could fit four people). My husband and I were able to really stretch out and get a good night’s sleep. The owner as well...
