'Although this is a hotel, its more of a restaurant with rooms now. So it was quite noisy and busy in the evenings, with live music on one evening. However the music/bar closes promptly at a reasonable hour so not a huge problem. The staff are lovely and the restaurant food was fabulous. So much so that we ate far too much...It sits on the cliff top and we were able to hear the waves crashing overnight to lull us too sleep, not our first stay and wont be the last. '

'Thoroughly enjoyed the independence that Two Bare Feet gave me Staying in conventional hotels around the country can become a chore. Its location with its five minute walk into the city centre makes it ideal The facilities and cleanliness were second to none. Only thing to let it down is the lack of property parking but overnight parking is around £7.30 a night and is an inconvenience not ideal for everyone. That said I would recommend it and would certainly stay there again Many thanks again...

'This was a lovely property in a beautiful location. The garden was great for the two dogs that we brought. The host showed us around when we arrived and said if we needed anything just to ring this was comforting. The only slight draw back was it could have been a little cleaner in fact there were a pair of knickers under one of the beds presumably left by a previous tenant!'

'Very comfortable, clean and cozy cottage in a very convenient location. On a quiet street with parking on road outside. Great communication with property host and very easy check in. Overall a great stay and we would choose this place again.'

'Alle ruimten zijn klein en niet schoon, sanitair stinkt naar riool. Er is geen buitenruimte en het huis ligt aan een drukke weg. Bovendien was van één bed een groot deel van de lattenbodem kapot.'

'Merv, met us when we got to the house. Clear instructions given of checking in. Four of us stayed here to catch up. We had a curry from the Indian in Wincanton which was delivered and very tasty. The beds were comfortable, two rooms with double beds, one can be converted to a twin if needed and another room with a single bed. There is an upstairs bathroom with shower over the bath, sink and toilet. There is also a downstairs toilet. We had a walk round Wincanton, there is a Co-op which was open...

'The Barn was even better then we expected. Bigger then it shows on the photos. We stayed with a family of five, we have three boys ages 11-18 and where able to all fit in. Really near Wells & Bath and great opportunities for walking hiking in the Mendip Hills. Especially the cheddar gorge is great and challenging!'

'Dit huisje is ligt boven op een heuvel met aan één kant veel gras en uitzicht en aan de andere kant zicht op zee. Heerlijk om vanuit dit huisje even naar beneden te lopen naar zee en stenen en schelpen te zoeken. Ook is er op loopafstand een bos waardoor je ook weer bij het strand uit komt.'

'A great stay in a convenient location for myself, wife, and two adult children. Home was easy to find and spotlessly clean. The facilities included two bathrooms (one had a bath but no shower) as well as fast WiFi and a good-sized TV. Communication with the host was always incredibly fast and I even messed up the payment schedule and they were understanding. There are a number of items in the house that are geared towards younger children which I can imagine would be well received. I would...

'Lovely property full of character, but what sets it apart is the beautiful location on the edge of the National Trust estate. Such a lovely setting. Communication with the owner was excellent, and it was very reasonably priced compared to other options we looked at. Highly recommend!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay Rafters. It was close to everything, very clean and quiet. We all loved our 3 day visit! There was even complimentary eggs, bacon, tea, coffee and a beautiful loaf of bread for our first meal while there.'

'Immaculate property, compact and well fitted out. Smooth booking process with good communication and the owner was lovely. We checked in late, 10.30pm and were were really touched to find he had turned lights on and even electric heaters in the main room and bedroom, it was so appreciated. There was also fresh bread, milk, eggs and butter so breakfast was sorted. Beautiful location, very close to park and ride and multiple areas of interest. Highly recommended.....thank you!'
