« This property was not as described. The room was nothing like the photos. There is no bathroom, just a toilet and sink with a bare light bulb. Carpet is filthy. There was no working light in the room. Someone had taken the bulb from the only lamp. No lights in the stairwell. Totally unsuitable. No towels were provided. »

« Hôtel atypique, chaque chambre est différent, certains chambres au Rez sont proches de parking staff avec bruit des voitures tôt le matin. Mieux pendre une chambre à l’étage mais pas d’ascenseur. Grande parking gratuit. Emplacement isolé en ville et relativement calme. Personnel à l’écoute et réactif. »

« Oak Tree Rooms was an excellent base for our New Forest weekend. I think the only drawback was the other people staying - they did like a loud conversation through a locked door, which was quite annoying! Other than that, the rooms were very comfortable indeed. »

« Très bien »

Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

« Très bien qualité prix pour un court séjour. »

« We had a fantastic time , Jenny is a prefect host. We arrived in the afternoon, used they pool and garden, then the next day she allowed us to use the pool again after check out time. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and cosy. It was a very hot day/night, she provided a fan and we managed to stay cool. Turns out she comes from my home town, so we had a lot to chat about. We just needed some peace and quiet to relax after a difficult week. Thank you Jenny for a wonderful stay. »

« Excellent host. Beautiful comfortable room with all the amenities you could wish for. Thanks Wendy. »

« L’hôtel est situé non loin du centre ville, chambre très agréable avec vue sur l’abbaye et un beau jardin . Personnel accueillant . On se sent at home »
