The Space:
LOCATION:
A simply fantastic location in Salford Quays and close to Manchester City Centre. You wont be disappointed by this up and coming area. Head over to MediaCityUK where you'll find lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. You may even spot a celebrity or two, home to the BBC and ITV you're never far away from a Sports or TV soap star!

We're 5 minutes walk from Exchange Quay tram stop

LIVING ROOM:
Sit back and relax in this beautiful and modern space, or sit and take in the spectacular views from the window.

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d find in a family home. We also provide tea and coffee for your convenience. You’ll find a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, plates etc. We also have a washing machine.

DINING AREA:
We have a dining table and chairs to comfortably sit 4 people, perfect for dining with friends

MASTER BEDROOM:
A spacious bedroom with it's own ensuite bathroom, the perfect place to relax after a long day.

SECOND DOUBLE ROOM:
Another large room with space to relax and unwind. Our building is super quiet so you won’t be disturbed at night by street noise.

BATHROOM:
A fully equipped family size bathroom, a clean space to freshen up and get ready for your day. We also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.

WIFI:
Perfect for home working with super fast WIFI. Work or pleasure you’ll be able to stream uninterrupted.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets) and give advance notice if a cot is required.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo, soaps, tea and coffee.
