« We enjoyed the well-kept home, beautiful landscaping, wildlife, and clean water. Our family and dogs swam and kayaked tons. The lake was not too busy, and neighbors were friendly. The home seems on the older side, but we made the close quarters work. The steps to the upper floor are steep, but there was a bedroom for the less physically capable adults on the main floor. Two upper bedrooms are close with a pocket door separating them which needed to stay open for the ac to reach both rooms...

« The house is set off from the road so very quiet and relaxing. The yard is very large and lots of places for our dog to run around and explore!We have rented a lot of places and this is by far one of the cleanest! All 5 of us enjoyed the air hockey and video games. Deanna was super responsive to questions and had great suggestions for places to eat nearby. « Very nice home with a parking spot in the rear. Neighborhood was quiet with non-existent traffic. Short drive to Six Flags Great America. More amenities than we needed, however very nice that they are there for family needs. Laundry, exercise space, free Wi-Fi, connected TV. Check-in was easy. Host responded promptly to messages and proactively inquired about our stay. We felt very safe with cameras and motion activated lights on the property. « A super nice get away! Granddaughters & son came out for 2 days & enjoyed the beach, kayaking & game fun on the huge deck. We stayed the remaining time & enjoyed watching people launch their boats & other lake activities from the public pier area. It is super clean & very comfortable. I will definitely go back! »

« Perfect spot for our family getaway. The hosts were accomodating and helpful. Small touches (wine, toiletries) made us feel extra welcome. It is a drive into town, but it was nice to be away from the crowds, and it was only a short walk to the lake. We would stay here again! »
