'Very welcoming friendly staff member on arrival, check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean tidy and quiet. We were right beside the airport and didn’t hear a thing. It was very peaceful and quiet. We had a problem with not being able to work the TV, we contacted reception. The staff member came up immediately and fixed it for us a straightaway. 'Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....
