On the main floor, you will find a bright and comfortably furnished living room equipped with 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, alongside a flat screen TV, air conditioning, and a fan. The living room opens directly onto a south-facing terrace of 12 m2, complete with terrace furniture and offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool. A sleeping alcove on this level accommodates 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Please be aware that this sleeping area is located in an open-plan space rather than an enclosed bedroom. The main floor also includes a shower room and a separate WC.
