'Positives: - Great location, tons of restaurants and other shopping as soon as you get out on to the street. - excellent communication with the host, - Felt secure the whole time we were there (need 2 codes for two separate doors), - very quiet, beds were not bad. - Kids loved the split level for their bed. Negatives: - Great for a couple but felt small for a family with 2 kids. - The bathroom only has a shower curtain for the shower and the water easily gets outside the shower area...

'Liegt direkt an der Metro 1 wodurch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und unproblematisch erreicht werden können. Notre Dame ist fußläufig erreichbar. Erdgeschosswohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, dazu je ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Wohnung ordentlich. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind sehr klein und ohne direktes Tageslicht, was uns jedoch nicht sehr gestört hat, da wir ledig in der Wohnung gefrühstückt haben. 'With a metro station a block away and all the amenities nearby, this is in a great location for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean. It could use a little maintenance, but everything worked as needed. The host was very responsive to communication. It's next to an elementary school, so you hear kids during the day, but it's quiet at night.'

'The flat is as described, though I’m uncertain it technically classifies as two bedrooms considering one is just a bed with a curtain that closes. The location is amazing - very close to public transportation, lots of shops and restaurants, and a grocery store nearby. It should be noted that this flat is in close proximity to a school, so it’s quite noisy in the mornings - lots of kids coming and going. Bad customer service - Superbe location

"We arrived at 2PM, but had no flexibility of checking in earlier. So we were asked to bring the luggage one floor down for just an hour. 5 people at the reception but none of them seemed to be happy to be there and they certainly don't earn extras on customer service. The room itself was relatively comfortable and spacious, yet we did find that there was a lot of city noise coming through the closed windows. That's a pity for such a new structure. The hotel location is unique, on just a few steps from Notre Dame! Breakfast is OK but too basic to eat 2 days in a row."
