'The view from the room is lovely. The kitchen has the basics, plenty for breakfast and lunch. Without a car, there are many, many steps from the town center to the apartment. The landlord was exceptionally knowledgeable. Our ferry was cancel because of wind. She drove us across the island to the port where the car ferry was running. '

Everything was high tech and top quality, and the location was unbeatable, just steps away from the ferry port and the main attractions in the island. Breakfast was great, and service fantastic, including awesome recommendations for tour guides and restaurants. Overall, an outstanding experience in Hvar, and could not recommend Villa Porta Maestra enough.'

'Ik zou er zeker terug gaan maar niet in de voorlaatste week dat ze dichtgaan (einde seizoen) Veel basis dingen waren op of raakte op in de week die we er waren. Het personeel leek ook op hun laatste benen te lopen of ze kende geen glimlach of aardige communicatie. In het restaurant waren 2 mensen heel aardig, maar toonde ook moe. 1 barman was top, de andere waren ook moe of waren gewoon niet echt mensen met een smile. Verder fijn hotel en zwembad.
