There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to help make our experience in Savannah a good one. 'Did not care for the room. No real aesthetic. Not warm-feeling. Very stark. Felt dated and old. Nothing at all special or memorable. Loud noises coming at all times from all sides including the hail. The pool staff was less than attentive to say the least.'

'The breakfast daily was amazing. I loved waking up and having our breakfast ready for us downstairs. Nicole was amazing making us feel very much at home. The wine in the afternoon was wonderful as well. Loved how every day we came back from our long day of walking all over Savannah and our bed would be freshly made. We would have new towels. Beautiful place!'
