When you first walk in you will hear the small waterfall /pond area where you can relax and have a drink. Work trip...
Upon arrival entry was easy. We were greeted by a strong odor of which i assume was RAID. Which made since when in the morning there were ants all over the kitchen counter even though no food was left out. Layout and rooms were nice. Pool was great! Neighborhood a little sletchy but overall a good sstay!

Cool House - Needs Love
We all loved the design of the house, but there was poor maintenance in many areas that could use some love. And I believe some of it has to do with past guests who don't respect other people's property. When we first walked in, we were met with a horrific, large stain in the carpet. It would be nice if the manager of the property let us know. We weren't allowed in until 5pm, we arrived around dusk, so lots to figure out in the dark. It was super hot, so it took a couple hours for the rooms to get comfortable. The manager wasn't that helpful or communicative. They answered our questions- except for the party light in the kitchen/living room. Our kids would've loved it- but we couldn't get it to work and after 3 times asking- nothing from the manager. Little things: no hot water in the pool house bedroom shower. Mirror is to your side in the master bath, which can be weird to deal with (my husband said shaving was a challenge). The roll out bed was unstable, but usable. The pool deck is super rough so sandals / water shoes are a must- for us anyway. The place outside needs a huge sweeping. There are spider webs everywhere- all over the outside of the house, pool bar (filthy), front gardens, windows, roof eves. Webs and me don't get along. Again, we love the place and just wish people took better care of this very cool MCM house.

Nice Getaway
We had a nice stay and this is a nice house and the pool is amazing! The manager was easy to communicate with. In one bedroom the tv didn’t work the whole four nights we were there. The TV was supposed to get replaced, but was not! Needs a few updates but overall a great experience and I would stay here again!

Great place for a staycation!

Funky and fun!
This was a funky house, and we really enjoyed it! We just wanted a girls weekend to hang by the pool and we had just that! The house is very unique and we loved that all the windows were facing the pool! Had nice bathrooms and kitchen. They really did have everything we needed from knives and paper towels, to cleaning supplies and pool towels! I would definitely stay here again. The host was very nice and communicated well!

Amazing home!
Had a pleasant time with family. Truly enjoyed the pool. This is the perfect home for a little vacation in Sacramento the pool felt so good with the HOT weather. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need. The decor is super cute. Definitely recommend it! Beds are comfortable best of all the linens, bedding and towels were super clean!!! The host was amazing. Only downside was the wifi, for some reason our phones would not connect but not sure if it was something that we weren't doing right. Either way it worked our since it kept us off our phones and we all enjoyed family time together ❤️
