The property wasn't the problem.You were. To start off you booked me on the wrong date. I checked three times because i've had this problem with expedia before. I wanted to stay on the 22nd to the 23rd.Your robo computer booked me on the twenty first to the twenty second. Then to correct your error you charged me an additional fee. On top of that, because I booked it with you instead of the hotel itself, I had to pay fifteen dollars resort fee. My horrible experience with expedia ended up costing me thirty dollars more than if I had just booked it at the hotel. I see very little reason to ever use you again. How is this a good service?
