' Our week at Casa do Monte far exceeded our expectations and will be a beautiful memory for our entire family. The ladies that took care of the breakfast and cleaning were wonderful and communication with Marcus was very easy. The breakfasts were delicious. The swimming pool and the outdoor area around it were perfect and we had a weeklong family party. Ricardo and Paula are a couple that operate a restaurant in Teixeira, a short drive from Casa do Monte. They provided a delicious dinner...

'Goed verzorgd, klein resort. Ligt 1 minuut van A7. Industrieterreintje als directe buren, maar daar merk je achter de poort niets van. Attente beheerder.'

"Amazing and very cosy hotel. It only has 3 rooms but that is the charme of this hotel. In return you have a very relaxed morning with a good breakfast. They use fresh ingredients for the breakfast and they don't use sugar. The thing I liked the most (and I think that is also the nr1 reason to book here) is the amazing view over the Douro valley. Marco and his wife Ana are very friendly and helpful. They also offer a great full day tour in the Douro valley with amazing lunch! I would recommend this to establishment to everybody!"
