'The cleanliness of my room was not great. Trash and dust bunnies in corner of room. I found a huge roach in my bathroom and was not compensated any way for this when I brought the concern to the front desk at night. I absolutely would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chicago. '

'I stayed here to attend a Chicago White Sox game. The location was very convenient, with the Jackson station (Blue and Red lines) within walking distance. There are also many sightseeing spots nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind to me, even though my English isn't perfect. I had a great stay!'
