SOUTH FRONT OF SILVEIRA BEACH IN GAROPABA

The house has 2 floors, townhouse type. On the ground floor there is a covered garage for 2 cars, where there is a barbecue with sink and cabinets, as well as a tank with washing machine and clothes dryer on the sides.
Next to the garage is the kitchen with access by a service door. In the back of the kitchen has a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. In the American kitchen there is a large counter to the dining room, which has an octagonal table with 8 chairs, ideal for playing cards and other games. Around the table and next to the balcony's windows is an "L" countertop, which is used to sit and relax after meals.
It has another side table with 4 chairs, which is between the dining room and the living room, which has a reclining sofa for 3 people and 2 armchairs with stools, in addition to the coffee table: all facing a LED TV of 42 ", positioned on the wall under the fireplace. The living room has double height with sloping wooden ceiling and ceiling fan.
On the side of the living room, there is a straight wooden staircase to access the upper floor, with cupboards underneath.
Living and dining environments feature windows with east-facing sea views and doors to a front porch with armchairs, sofa and hammocks.

On the upper floor, there is a suite with box spring queen size bed and large balcony (good space for hammock) facing the sea, plus a bathroom with marble sink, toilet and auxiliary bidet and shower box.
In addition to the suite, it has 2 double rooms (one with box spring queen bed), both with balconies, sharing a large social bathroom with granite vanity sink, toilet, auxiliary bidet and large shower stall. Both the suite and these 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans and split air conditioning.

Integrated into the house by the front lawn, there is a large kiosk (see photo) with barbecue and side sink in granite countertop, and table and ornaments of cassava flour mill, typical of the local Azorean colonization.

Also in the back and away from the house, has a garden and large kennel.
