'We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

'The room and facilities were clean and well maintained. I slept great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location, easy walk to Nippori station and fun shopping. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Plesently suprised by this hotel, it felt like coming home. Great service and location. Very close to a metro station and many stores to visit nearby.'

'Zeer schoon, goede en krachtige douche, uitstekende bedden, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel en dicht bij het station. '

'Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal'

'The place is great but the most amazing part about this hotel is the people! Amazing staff great support and attention to the details! I will definitely recommend it. '

'Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from'

'Loved it. We have booked to come back. Location is excellent for best train lines to navigate Tokyo and proximity to Ueno park to relax'

'Het was een fijn verblijf. Kamers zijn schoon, ligging is centraal nabij het station Ueno en meerdere metrolijnen. Kamers zijn wat krapper dan het lijkt. Het bed is heerlijk zacht. Het ontbijt zou ik voor de prijs overslaan, vanwege het beperkte aanbod.'

'Loved staying at Tabi Ueno Tokyo. It was clean and modern with a Japanese feel. Given we had a small child, having a washer/dryer in the room was fantastic. The location was great, we could walk everywhere and about 5min walk to Ueno station, the Ueno Zoo, markets. Easy access to trains required for day trips. Would definitely recommend Tabi Ueno.'

'Great accommodation at a great location.'

'The hotel feels very new and somewhat self-serve. There are people in the front lobby, but they are there mostly to help you navigate the self check-in kiosks. There was a large queue of older European travelers checking in before me and they seemed to struggle with the self check-in process, and so it made for not the best first impression of the place. Once checked in, I found my room to be really small, but not atypical for Japan. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable and well...

'We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay.'

'Good location!'

'和室のエアコンの掃除が不十分で、ハウスダストのアレルギーが悪化しました。もしかすると、和室の利用が少なく、頻繁に掃除が行われていなかったのかもしれません。 東大正門前の本郷通りから少し入った静かな場所で、東大へのアクセスと落ち着いた立地は捨てがたいです。丸ノ内線、南北線、三田線の駅を利用可能なので、交通も便利です。'

'No ventilation in bathroom. Convenient and tidy. Nice staff'

'Excelente ubicación. Habitación pequeña pero agradable.'
