'We came at this hotel and instantly it felt good, very friendly and helpfull staff very clean everywhere. The pool was small but also clean, the room same high quality and clean with shower comfort from grohe just like home👍.you really could see that the staff do all efforts to give there guest a warm welcome in a cleaned room..you get alot of value for youre money. we certainly come back here at the next time'

'The YBC Grand is my go to hotel for staying in Olongapo. The convenience of the stores, casino, and malls that are all walkable distances are amazing. The lobby itself is decorated with Christmas theme decorations during the holidays. The AC in the rooms is powerful and cools you down quickly. Water pressure is decent and bathrooms are good. Overall a very good price for the location it is in. Management is amazing and will take care of you. Can’t wait to come back this upcoming year!!'

'As a foreigner, the room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are limited to 1-2 people, so we needed 2 rooms for 3 people. The lobby is ok. It’s a safe option. '

'The lady at the desk was very friendly she's doing her job very good..👍 But this hotel is way way to expansive for the service the order( none) hotelroom situated at the thirth floor.. no aircon and elevator available in the hallway, only at the groundfloor( so very hot and no fans other floors) in the room a balcony and see view😒1 m wide door opened with alot of force..try closing it almost fell out cabinet drawer broken and garbage inside and almost no water coming out the shower..beach...

'Perfect location! Literally 2-3 minutes from the two largest mall in the area. Staff is amazing, they are very attentive, kind, and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. That certainly made a difference. The hotel has the basic things that you need and is actually cute and cozy. Great AC, hot water, and a restaurant on site. Would definitely stay there again'

'Lots of trash and debris all over the entire premises. Needs landscaping bad! Uneven walkways and unsafe pavements. Needs a lot of help improving the place. Good location though '

'Yes there is mold all over the bathroom, the sink around the faucet. There is no wash cloth. The sheets had stained. And the room smells. The first room we had the AC is not working so we had to moved on our 2nd day to another room. The room had cocoroches all over the room. We got sick cuz of the mold.'

'The room smelt of tobacco at first , gradually replaced with the smell of sewer. There was no toilet tissue. The included coffee and pastries was not available. The bed was very hard even for Asian standards. The location is good The rate is fair '

'The room had stains on the towel, a ripped bath mat and loose tiles. The balcony hadn't been cleaned for a while as rubbish in the door rails. Table but no chairs on balcony even though others had both. Sliding door doesn't close or latch at all let alone lock it. Breakfast was ok. American breakfast you have to order and pay for "extra bacon" as it doesn't come with bacon. ₱150 for "3 pieces of bacon" which is one small piece cut into 3. Went down one night for dinner, closes at 10pm so we went...

'Terrible, terrible place. If there were a zero-star option, this place would deserve it. I only booked this hotel because it was the closest one to the race venue. Aside from being very old and run-down, they set up a live band that played past midnight. When I complained about the noise, they promised to keep it down, but that didn’t happen. The music could be heard up to 300 meters away from the hotel — even more so inside the rooms. I had to book a different hotel despite already paying...
