Located directly on Camber Sands beach, the cottage looks out to miles of soft golden sand with plenty of safe swimming areas and a vast expanse of dunes waiting to be explored. The popular cobbled town of Rye is just three miles away, which boasts its own castle museum and medieval gardens, where children will enjoy the Captain Pugwash treasure hunt.

A spacious entrance hall welcomes you into the cottage and introduces you to the stunning coastal vista beyond. Here you can leave your flip flops and beach bags before continuing through to the open-plan lounge/diner, which features a sofa and seating for six guests, plus a TV for relaxing evenings in. At the far end of this room is the dining area, a bright and serene space to enjoy meals while admiring the stunning sea view. The kitchen has been fitted with stylish open shelving and mosaic tiles. Here you will find a dishwasher, microwave, electric single oven and hob, toaster and kettle. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath and WC. A wooden staircase brings you up to the first floor where the two further bedrooms are located. The first has twin beds and dune views, while the double bedroom overlooks the sea and has a separate sunroom, the perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea and take in the scenery.

To the rear of the property, a private decked area provides the perfect spot to sit and soak up the evening sunshine and admire the uninterrupted sea views. Steps down from the raised decking lead you directly onto a cordoned off area of shared beach.
