In a world where you can buy anything you want, this hotel just makes me happy. It's old style feel like your back in time. The slow elevator doesn't matter because they just have a few floors and a few rooms. The team is always nice and even that breakfast is small, it's everything I need. I hope this hotel stays as it is.. please no new, glass hotel... just pure, simple and nice.

I had a wonderful experience at William Hotel. The service was outstanding from the moment I arrived. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and everything was clean and organized throughout my stay. The location is also fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. Great service, clean rooms, a beautiful location, and a welcoming atmosphere made this stay truly memorable. I highly recommend William Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....
