'The kitchen isn’t suitable for cooking because most of the equipment is old. The utensils were dirty, and there were no extra trash bags provided. They should invest a little more in updating the equipment and improving the bedding, as the polyester sheets were very uncomfortable to sleep on.'

'The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

'Everything was how it seemed in the pictures. The house was fully stocked for cooking and the backyard is perfect for a dog! Definitely an ideal space for a couple and a dog. We will definitely rebook here in the future! '

'Amazing house! Warm welcome with some snacks and a bottle of wine. Everything clean, in the instructions said that we couldn’t leave any trash inside so we even took out the bathroom trash, I was just a bit nervous leaving any trash behind or furniture not in its place. Besides that everything was amazing the room’s spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms well equipped with everything you possibly need and plenty of towels. Loved it! '
