She was exceptionally accommodating and helpful when we had to make some spontaneous changes to our booking due to travel difficulties. 'An excellent family weekend to celebrate an 80th birthday. Lovely comfy beds. Good to have two dishwashers. Tumble drier not terribly efficient so a clothes maiden would have been helpful. Overall, a lovely stay.'
