'The hotel is located a 15-minute journey from St. Pancras International, which is a direct underground connection. We were surprised by the lack of a reception desk. 'This isn't our first time here: We've consistently had problems getting our luggage to the front of the hotel – and the staff just shrugs. At these prices and with such poor service, you'd expect at least a bit more friendliness. And you have to pay an extra 25 pounds per day for room cleaning. Awful! Otherwise: good location, good room amenities, spacious rooms. But: Give your staff some training in friendliness!'

'The hotel is modest, but beautifully updated and very clean. Our room had a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a very nice bathroom. The bedroom was small, but I’ve seen much smaller in Central London for double the price. Staff were very kind and allowed us to store our luggage for a few hours after checkout so we could do a bit more sightseeing before our flight.'

'It's not really a hotel, more rooms in an apartment. There is a great, clean living with a kitchen. Everything is available, such as good coffee and drinks. Good place to stay. Friendly people. '

'For what I needed and location it was prefect for one night - the need was more about location than anything else. Room was clean and had everything that I needed. Bed small so lucky it was just one person as it wasn’t really big enough for two. Really really bad smell from bathroom - like rotten cabbage, think it was the shower drain.'

'The accomadation was really good. The reason for giving it four stars is upon arrival you had two very steep stairs we had to climb. We did not anticipate this. The room was beautiful. However the bed was a little to hard for my liking and our shower head would constantly fall off. Other than that we really liked our stay and the service was great! Reaching the nearest bus was a 5 to 10 minute walk and everywhere were Lime bicycles. This was great! '

'We booked this place as we would be going to a concert at the Tottenham stadium. Perfect location, right next to the overground station. The room was relatively clean and well decorated. I may suggest colouring in the outstanding leg of the small table by the entrance in a nice hazard neon. Also, the shower is difficult to use as the temperature oscillates between 'boiling' hot and freezing cold... Overal would recommend this place!'

'Het hotel heeft geen extra faciliteiten zoals ontbijt of iets dergelijks. Wij reisden met drie kleine kinderen (allemaal onder de 6 jaar). Het keukentje vonden wij daarom erg handig voor het maken van een warm papje etc. Supermarkt is minder dan 1 min lopen, dus je kon makkelijk ontbijten op de kamer. Alleen zijn er geen stoelen of tafels aanwezig om gezellig aan te zitten. Had wel gekund want de kamer was ruim genoeg! Alles was in nette staat. Alleen vloerbedekking en dekbedden waren enorm...
