'It was a very small, but clean room with a queen size bed, one chair, full bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and a refrigerator. Total area measured about 10x15. It had a small window AC that did work well but was noisy. Mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced. The worse thing for me was the road noise as the room was 10’ from the road where vehicles stopped at a light. The owner, Linda, was very nice and helpful. If you are looking for a no frills place then this will work...
